Project management: worked closely with clients to create productive website designs from concept through completion. Websites were designed with standard compliant code with an emphasis on browser compatibility, accessibility, and search engine optimization. Managed over 200 websites and hosting accounts. Created and conducted sales and marketing presentations.

Main overview of design projects. Created advertisements featured in different forms of media including the Yakima Herald Republic, real estate magazines, billboards, signs and internet advertising. Developed promotional products such as flyers, brochures, post cards, etc. to promote the individual agents and their featured properties. Maintained and updated company and individual agent web sites, electronic newsletters and virtual tours. Agent billing and budget management. Maintained company branding including improvement and clarity of the company logo.
